We are urgently requesting help in obtaining federal assistance in the ongoing investigation into Emily's disappearance.

 

The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office has conducted an extensive water-based search; however, no trace of Emily has been found. The investigation appears to be limited to the assumption of a water accident, and officials have publicly stated they are resource constrained and will not pursue a criminal route unless new evidence arises. Despite numerous requests by the family, requests of assistance from outside agencies have not been made.

 

Given anomalies in the case, we believe a full criminal investigation is warranted and that federal law enforcement agencies are best equipped to uncover the truth.
